The Butcher is my largest Edge Grain Cutting Board.  Made entirely of hard maple its incredibly durable.  Almost as wide as it is long, the butcher is built to handle daily or commercial size projects.  Handles have been added for easy lifting and storage.  This board was handmade and is a favorite of a few of my local butchers.  FDA approved glue was used for its construction.
